Conditions for Returns 1. Items are returned within the 14-day cooling-off period. 2. Return enquiries are submitted through the Contact Us page (select “After-Sales department”). 3. Goods are in original condition: unopened, unused, and not physically altered or disassembled. 4. Packaging is intact, with no damage or excessive writing, stickers, or tape. 5. All parts, attachments, and accessories are included.
