Create It 3D: Returns and Refund Policy

At Create It 3D, we aim to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Below are the guidelines for our returns and refund policy to help you make informed decisions.

1. General Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

2. Return of Non-Defective Products (“Cooling-Off Period”)

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the option to return non-defective items within 10 working days from the delivery date, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must be in a new, resalable condition.
You will need to provide the original invoice as proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fees will apply.

3. Returning Faulty or Defective Products

If you discover a product defect within 14 days of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the product to be returned for assessment.
If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
If no fault is found during testing, the item will be returned to you.
If a defect is discovered between 14 days and 3 months of delivery, we will still accept the product for evaluation. If it is found to be defective, a replacement will be provided. If no fault is detected, the product will be returned without additional fees.

4. Items Damaged During Delivery

It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If damage is discovered after delivery, report it to us within 24 hours to determine if the damage occurred during shipment and to arrange a replacement if applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Consumable items, such as filament and resin, are non-returnable unless they are defective. In such cases, we will replace the item.
Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

6. Processing Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Compatibility Concerns

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products are compatible with their current hardware before making a purchase. Please consult product specifications or contact our support team for compatibility assistance.

8. Warranty Information

All 3D printers and hardware come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims will be handled according to the terms set by the manufacturer.
