At Create It 3D, we aim to deliver your 3D printers and accessories efficiently and on time. Please read through the following shipping information to understand our shipping process.

1. Shipping Methods and Partners

We use RAM Couriers & The Courier Guy to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order.
All products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you.

2. Processing and Fulfillment Time

After placing your order, we require 1-2 business days to fulfill and process it.
Once your order is processed, shipping will take 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Fee: Orders under R1500 will incur a shipping fee of R120.

4. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but orders are typically delivered within the specified timeframe.

5. Tracking and Notifications

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your shipment on the RAM Couriers  or The Courier Guy website using the tracking number provided.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely shipping, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

7. Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
