Payment for orders must be completed through the available methods on our site. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and other methods as listed on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers, and shipping is handled by RAM Couriers. Free shipping is available for orders over R1500, and a flat shipping rate of R120 applies to orders under R1500.
We do not guarantee delivery times, and shipping may be delayed due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for complete information on returning products, requesting refunds, and exchanges.
Returns must be made within 10 working days of receipt, and products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Faulty or damaged products will be accepted for return and replacement as per our policy.

All 3D printers and hardware products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for any defects in materials or workmanship.
