Functional end-use parts
Durable components produced for real operating conditions rather than display-only prototypes.
REPEATABLE PRODUCTION WITHOUT EARLY TOOLING
Production-ready parts in repeatable batches, without committing to injection-mould tooling too early.
We help South African engineering and product teams move from an approved design into controlled, repeatable manufacture. Every project is reviewed for process, material, quality and cost before production begins.
One brief, one tracked enquiry. Our AI gathers the technical details; our team takes over when pricing or engineering review is needed.
FROM APPROVED PART TO REPEAT SUPPLY
Low-to-medium volume production is the practical middle ground between a one-off prototype and mass manufacture. It is ideal when you need functional parts now, expect design revisions, or cannot justify a mould yet.
We review the complete requirement - including geometry, quantity, duty cycle, finish, tolerances and delivery schedule - then recommend the most sensible production route. If another manufacturing process will serve you better, we will say so before you commit.
WHAT WE PRODUCE
From a first repeat batch to ongoing supply, the production method is selected around how the part must perform.
Durable components produced for real operating conditions rather than display-only prototypes.
Digitally reproduce discontinued or difficult-to-source components without a traditional tooling programme.
Custom enclosures, covers, ducts and multi-part assemblies with production decisions made around fit and function.
Purpose-built tooling and aids that improve assembly, inspection, repeatability or workshop efficiency.
CONTROLLED FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY
The approved file, production assumptions and quality points are kept clear so future batches do not restart from zero.
We confirm use case, quantities, due date, material needs, finish and tolerance priorities.
The file and geometry are reviewed for manufacture. Where needed, we recommend test samples or design changes.
You approve the commercial scope, material, finish and any sample before the full batch proceeds.
Parts are produced against the agreed basis, checked at the relevant control points and delivered nationwide.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCTION ROUTE
Quantity alone does not decide whether additive manufacturing is right. Part size, geometry, material, tolerance, finish and future demand all influence the commercial answer.
A STRONG FIT
WE WILL ADVISE AN ALTERNATIVE
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT
There is no single fixed quantity. The practical break point depends on part size, print time, material, finish and whether tooling would reduce total cost. Share your expected batch and repeat demand and we will compare the sensible routes.
Yes, when the design, material and production process suit the operating conditions. We will ask about load, heat, chemicals, weather exposure, fit and expected life before recommending a route.
For a new or critical part, an approval sample is often the safest step. It lets both teams confirm fit, function and finish before the remaining quantity is produced.
Yes. Repeat work is managed from the approved digital file and agreed production basis. If any material, process or design input changes, we confirm that before the next run.
We will tell you. The goal is a commercially sensible part, not forcing every requirement into one process. We can advise when tooling or another manufacturing route deserves investigation.
START WITH THE REAL REQUIREMENT
Share the part, quantity, required date and operating conditions. We will assess feasibility, materials, repeatability and the most sensible route before pricing.
WhatsApp and phone remain available for urgent follow-up after your enquiry is logged.
Plan the project correctly
Produce repeatable batches without committing too early to high-volume tooling.
Batch production is quoted around the approved design, process, material, finish, quality checks and delivery schedule. A verified sample is recommended before repeat production where fit or appearance is important.
Create It 3D coordinates the appropriate manufacturing route and supports projects across South Africa. Final pricing and lead time are confirmed after the technical information, files, quantity and delivery requirements have been reviewed.
