How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location within South Africa.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over R1500 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.
Which couriers do you use?
We use The Courier Guy, Aramex, and Uber Courier depending on the size and urgency of the shipment.

LASER ENGRAVERS & CNC MACHINES
What materials can your laser engravers cut?
Our diode laser engravers can cut and engrave wood, acrylic, leather, MDF, and selected materials. Cutting capabilities vary by wattage.
Do you sell industrial lasers?
We currently stock diode laser engravers and plan to expand into CO2 and fibre lasers in the future.
Do CNC machines come assembled?
Assembly level depends on the model. Product listings include full specifications.
