This Shipping Policy outlines how Create It 3D (Pty) Ltd processes and delivers physical product orders placed through https://createit3d.co.za . This policy applies to physical goods only and does not apply to services such as 3D printing, scanning, CAD design, or custom manufacturing, which are subject to separate project timelines and quotations.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship physical products nationwide within South Africa.
We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store unless agreed in writing.
2. Courier Partners
We use reputable third-party courier services including:
- The Courier Guy
- Aramex
- Uber Courier (for local urgent deliveries where applicable)
The courier used for your order will depend on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major Cities: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–5 business days
- Outlying or Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, peak periods, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
- Free Delivery: Orders with a total value of R1500 or more qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below R1500 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard parcel delivery only.
Oversized, heavy, bulk, industrial, or freight items (including certain large 3D printers, CNC machines, or laser equipment) may require special freight arrangements. In such cases, we will provide a separate shipping quotation before dispatch.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You may track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Create It 3D (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Risk & Delivery
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this with the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
9. Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier operational issues
- Public holidays or peak season volumes
- Weather conditions
- Civil unrest or force majeure events
10. Services & Custom Manufacturing
This Shipping Policy applies only to physical product purchases made through the online store.
Delivery or collection timelines for services such as 3D printing, scanning, CAD design, rapid prototyping, or custom fabrication are confirmed individually via quotation and project agreement.
