Yes where the object is suitable. Send photos first; once accepted, use the confirmed packing and delivery instructions rather than dispatching it unannounced.
Yes when redesign is included. Explain the failure or new requirement so the CAD scope can address wall thickness, geometry, assembly or manufacturing method.
Yes. The quotation can include the approved digital deliverable and a prototype or final part, with material, tolerance, finish and quantity stated separately.
