Automotive projects rarely arrive as clean CAD. A part may be discontinued, a modified vehicle may have no standard geometry, or a performance build may need packaging around existing components. We combine 3D scanning, CAD and additive manufacturing to solve that gap.

First-hand project experience

Often, yes. A usable original, damaged sample, accurate measurements or surrounding scan can be used to rebuild the geometry. The final route depends on the part's function and condition.
Some materials are suitable for elevated temperatures, UV and weather exposure, while others are only appropriate for prototypes. We match material and process to the stated environment.
Yes. Once-off restoration, show-car, motorcycle and motorsport projects are welcome, as are repeat batches for workshops and specialist builders.
Safety-critical vehicle parts require appropriate engineering, testing and regulatory approval. We do not treat a printed component as certified merely because it fits.
