Can you work from a broken or worn part?
Yes. We can inspect and 3D scan a physical component, rebuild the usable geometry in CAD and manufacture a replacement or improved prototype. Critical dimensions and operating conditions still need to be confirmed with your team.
Which materials suit engineering parts?
That depends on heat, UV exposure, load, chemicals, flex and required accuracy. Options can include PLA for early concepts, PETG or ASA for tougher applications, and nylon or reinforced polymers for demanding functional parts.
Can you make repeat production batches?
Yes. We can produce pilot batches and repeat low-to-medium volumes after the first article is approved. Files and revisions are controlled so repeat orders remain consistent.
Do you provide engineering certification?
We provide design, CAD, scanning and manufacturing support. Formal structural, mechanical or regulatory sign-off is not included unless separately agreed with an appropriately qualified professional.
