TwoTrees TTC450 Ultra CNC Router Machine

The TwoTrees TTC450 Ultra CNC Router Machine is a high-performance desktop CNC system designed for makers, workshops, small businesses and professionals who require a larger working area, increased spindle power and accurate machining capabilities. Built with an aluminium, stainless-steel and injection-moulded structure, the TTC450 Ultra combines a rigid mechanical platform with an integrated design for improved stability and cleaner cable management.

At the heart of the machine is a 500W spindle, supplied as standard, with spindle speeds ranging from approximately 8,000 to 30,000 RPM depending on installation. Combined with a generous 460 × 460 × 100mm working area, the machine can accommodate larger projects as well as batch production of smaller components.

The TTC450 Ultra uses 12H linear rails and provides X/Y positioning accuracy of 0.01mm and Z-axis positioning accuracy of 0.025mm. Maximum engraving speed reaches 3,000mm/min, providing a balance of productivity and precision for detailed routing, engraving and machining applications.

A built-in 3.5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen provides convenient machine control with a 480 × 320 resolution interface. The machine runs on open-source GRBL firmware and supports both CNC and compatible laser workflows without requiring firmware flashing when switching supported configurations.

The TTC450 Ultra supports a broad range of materials, including plywood, MDF, solid wood, acrylic, carbon fibre, aluminium, copper and stainless steel. Its ER11 collet system supports tools from 0.5mm to 7mm, allowing users to select different cutting and engraving tools according to the application.

Compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux, the TTC450 Ultra works with popular CNC software including VCarve, Fusion 360, Easel, Carveco Maker, FlatCAM, Carbide3D and Vectric applications.
