Compare airflow, filter stages, replacement-filter availability, noise and the types of fumes or particles the system is designed to capture. Filter life depends on material and workload, so include replacement intervals in the running cost. Extraction does not make every material safe to laser: always confirm material compatibility and follow the machine and filtration manufacturer’s ventilation and safety instructions.
