This Payment Policy governs all transactions made through www.createit3d.co.za.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We securely process payments through the following authorised providers:
- PayFast – Credit/Debit Cards and Instant EFT
- Ozow – Instant EFT
- Yoco – Credit/Debit Cards
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Create It 3D (Pty) Ltd does not store your card or banking details.
2. Currency
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Create It 3D (Pty) Ltd is not currently VAT registered. Prices displayed on the website are final selling prices.
3. Payment Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and authorised by the payment provider.
You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined:
- The order will not be processed.
- No stock will be reserved until payment is successful.
- You may attempt payment again using another available method.
5. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:
- Request identity or payment verification for certain orders
- Delay dispatch pending payment confirmation
- Cancel and refund transactions suspected of fraud
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes should first be directed to our support team at support@createit3d.co.za.
We will work with the relevant payment provider (PayFast, Ozow, or Yoco) to resolve the issue where necessary.
