Dental study and presentation models
High-detail models for evaluation, communication, teaching and treatment-planning support.
Dental & medical prototyping
Develop fit-check models, ergonomic aids, equipment housings, training pieces and non-implantable prototypes with clear material and regulatory boundaries.

Industry approach
Dental and healthcare projects often require fine detail, ergonomic fit and clean communication between designer, practitioner and manufacturer. We support development work from early concept through high-detail models and functional prototypes.
Create It 3D clearly separates prototyping and non-patient-contact parts from regulated clinical devices. We do not describe a component as biocompatible, implantable or medically certified unless the material, process and regulatory responsibility have been formally established by the appropriate parties.
Capabilities
Every project is scoped around function, quantity, environment, finish and deadline. These are common starting points—not a limit on what can be built.
High-detail models for evaluation, communication, teaching and treatment-planning support.
Custom armrests, handles, supports and fitment prototypes for practitioner comfort and equipment improvement.
Prototype shells, covers, control housings and internal fit-check components for product development.
Durable models and assemblies for explaining procedures, anatomy, equipment or workflow.
Prepare, repair or redesign supplied geometry for reliable manufacturing and clear revision control.
Produce approved non-regulated components or training pieces in controlled low volumes.
First-hand project experience
A client needed an equipment armrest developed around an actual use case. The part was designed and produced in ASA, then acetone-smoothed to achieve a cleaner finish. That combination of ergonomic design, material choice and finishing is the kind of joined-up thinking these projects need.
A controlled route
Clear checkpoints reduce surprises. We confirm the intended use before design, obtain approval before manufacture and keep repeat production tied to the approved revision.

Questions before quoting
Straight answers help you send a better brief and choose the correct manufacturing route.
Not as a standard service. Those applications require validated materials, processes, traceability and regulatory responsibility. We focus on models, prototypes, training aids, equipment parts and other clearly scoped applications.
Yes. Confidential handling and an NDA can be arranged before sensitive files or project details are shared.
We can assess STEP, STL, OBJ and other common formats, as well as drawings, scans and physical samples. Editable CAD is preferable for controlled revisions.
Yes. Detail, strength, size, finish, temperature and intended use determine the sensible route. We will explain the trade-offs before quoting.

Your enquiry opens in the Create It 3D project form and is automatically tagged for Dental and Medical Prototyping.
START WITH A CLEAR BRIEF
Use Create It 3D AI to organise the application, dimensions, quantity, material, finish, files and deadline. If specialist review is needed, the same brief can continue with our sales team.
Fastest route to an accurate answer
Recommended: let AI collect the technical details first so the team can quote faster and with fewer follow-up questions.
