PLA Hyper prints similarly to PLA but with enhanced thermal flow characteristics. The material melts and cools in a controlled manner to support rapid movement speeds while maintaining strong bonding between layers.

Compared to traditional PLA, parts exhibit improved resistance to cracking under stress and better dimensional stability. The material remains easy to print while producing cleaner edges and sharper details.

This makes it especially suitable for high acceleration printers where standard PLA would normally suffer from weak layer bonding.
