Unlike typical silk filaments that require slow speeds and careful tuning, this formulation prints using normal PLA temperatures and speeds while maintaining consistent layer bonding.

The result is a reliable filament capable of producing presentation-grade parts straight off the printer with minimal post-processing.

Silk PLA+ is a rigid material designed for visual quality rather than structural load. It flows smoothly and self-levels slightly during extrusion, producing a shiny reflective surface that hides layer lines.

Compared to standard PLA, it offers improved durability while maintaining low shrinkage and easy bed adhesion. The material prints cleanly without requiring enclosed printers.

This makes it ideal for decorative prints, branding models and presentation parts where appearance is the priority.
