SA Filament TPU 95A Flexible Filament is a durable, rubber-like 3D printing material designed for functional parts that need to bend, compress and withstand repeated use. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers an effective balance between flexibility and rigidity, making it easier to print than softer flexible filaments while still producing elastic, impact-resistant components.
The material has excellent layer adhesion and elastic memory, allowing printed parts to deform under pressure and return to their original shape. Its resistance to abrasion, oils, greases and many common chemicals makes it suitable for demanding mechanical, automotive and industrial applications.
SA Filament TPU 95A is a flexible and highly durable 1.75mm filament formulated for impact-resistant, elastic and abrasion-resistant 3D printed parts. Its 95A Shore hardness provides enough flexibility for seals, grips, protective components and wearable products while retaining sufficient rigidity for dependable feeding through compatible extrusion systems.
The filament offers strong layer bonding, chemical resistance and excellent shape recovery. It is suitable for professional prototyping, mechanical parts and creative applications that cannot be produced effectively using rigid materials such as PLA or PETG.
For best results, print slowly with minimal retraction and use a direct-drive extruder where possible. Keep the filament dry and store it in a sealed container with desiccant when not in use.

Care Instructions
• Store the filament in a cool, dry environment
