SA Filament TPU 95A Flexible Filament is a durable, rubber-like 3D printing material designed for functional parts that need to bend, compress and withstand repeated use. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers an effective balance between flexibility and rigidity, making it easier to print than softer flexible filaments while still producing elastic, impact-resistant components.
The material has excellent layer adhesion and elastic memory, allowing printed parts to deform under pressure and return to their original shape. Its resistance to abrasion, oils, greases and many common chemicals makes it suitable for demanding mechanical, automotive and industrial applications.
SA Filament TPU 95A is ideal for gaskets, seals, protective cases, vibration-dampening feet, flexible hinges, grips, wearable accessories and custom fittings. The material also produces a smooth, professional-looking surface suitable for both functional prototypes and finished consumer products.
This filament performs best with a direct-drive extruder and slower print speeds. Properly configured Bowden systems may also be used, provided the filament path is well constrained. As TPU absorbs moisture easily, drying and airtight storage are recommended for reliable extrusion and reduced stringing.
The economical 500g spool is well suited to specialised projects and users who require premium flexible filament without purchasing a full kilogram.
