xTool O1 Omni UV & DTG Printer – Versatile Bundle

The xTool O1 Omni UV & DTG Printer – Versatile Bundle combines rigid-material UV printing and direct-to-fabric printing in one intelligent production system. Designed for creators working with both apparel and hard goods, it allows businesses to produce customised clothing, promotional products, signage, gifts and branded merchandise without requiring separate printing platforms.

Two Epson F1080 printheads provide a maximum print resolution of 720 × 1440 dpi. The UV ink configuration supports CMYKWVDT channels, while the fabric printing configuration uses CMYKWW inks for colour and white-layer printing.

The integrated Pixel-Scan vision system delivers a resolution of 1440 × 1200 dpi and positioning accuracy of approximately ±0.2 mm. This helps users position artwork accurately across rigid objects, fabric products and pre-cut blanks.

The machine supports a standard print area of 330 × 122 mm, a large print area of 330 × 420 mm and a DTG platen area of 300 × 390 mm. Automated maintenance features and app-based remote management help support reliable operation in professional production environments.
