xTool O1 Omni UV Printer with Single UV Rotary Bundle

The xTool O1 Omni Printer – Single UV Rotary Bundle is a compact professional UV printing solution designed for personalising flat and cylindrical products. It uses a single Epson F1080 printhead with a maximum print resolution of 720 × 1440 dpi, producing detailed graphics, text, photographs and branded designs.

Its CMYKWV ink configuration supports full-colour printing, opaque white layers and varnish effects. The varnish channel can create matte, gloss and foil-style finishes, while raised printing up to 7 mm allows for embossed lettering, textured logos and dimensional artwork.

The integrated Pixel-Scan vision system offers a resolution of 1440 × 1200 dpi and positioning accuracy of approximately ±0.2 mm, helping users align designs accurately on products. The included rotary attachment expands the printer’s capabilities to compatible cylindrical items such as tumblers, bottles and similar products.

Automated white-ink stirring, ink circulation and printhead moisture protection help simplify daily maintenance. The printer also supports app-based remote cleaning and control and is compatible with Windows and macOS.
