40W+ Diode Lasers (High-End Industrial Capability):

Pushing into the 40W tier brings near-CO2 cutting speeds and the ability to cut thick hardwoods (15mm+) and dense materials rapidly. While more expensive and heavier, it suits high-volume e-commerce shops aiming to maximize output efficiency and handle heavy-duty custom fabrication.
