Why does my 3D printer keep clogging?
Clogs in your 3D printer are usually caused by improper printing temperatures, heat creep, or dusty, low-quality filament. To resolve them, try performing a "cold pull," using an acupuncture needle to clear the nozzle, or running a cleaning filament through the hotend. For long-term prevention, ensure your cooling fan is functioning correctly, verify the PTFE tube is seated flush against the nozzle to avoid gaps, and replace worn nozzles as needed. Finally, printing a temperature tower will help you find the ideal heat setting for your specific filament to maintain a consistent, trouble-free flow.
