What filament is best for flexible parts?

Flexible filaments are ideal for parts needing stretch or bend. TPU is the industry standard, offering the best balance of strength, shock absorption, and printability for items like phone cases or gaskets. For extreme, rubber-like elasticity, TPE is the choice, though it is more difficult to print. Flexible PLA is the easiest for beginners but offers only mild bendability. Successful printing requires a direct drive extruder, slow print speeds, and keeping the filament moisture-free.
